the gardener's friend


Birds show up better in a snowy garden. We've seen dozens, but our favourite is still the robin; he joins us on gardening runs, darting in and out of our feet and singing for us.


The house looks magical covered in a white eiderdown. Long icicles hang from the thatch outside the bedroom window.
